How To Approach Weekdays (Monday-Friday)

 Like everyday, you must get early, not later than 6:00am. School children must have gotten their bags ready for school at night. Fathers and Mothers should get up a bit earlier than 6am to get the children prepared for school. Mums must make ready a good lunch pack for the children. This enhances their productivity in school. Praying together as a family should set everyone on course for the day and a good breakfast keeps the positive mind at work. It is imperative for one to be fully aware of who one is or wants to become. This fixes the mind in a positive posture for success. One must subject everypart of his being to behave a certain way (Not like a robot), but by not letting the body and soul do everything it wants to. One must be able to restrict the body and soul from momentaneous craving(s) and lusts.  You should also work hard and smart. Beginning the week (Sunday)

 Waking early is key to a productive day. Sometimes, we find that we struggle to get off of bed. The reason is that the body and mind seeks pleasure incessantly. It's important to cultivate an habit of getting up from bed no later than 6:00am. Doing this consistently, everyday causes your body to adjust to "wake up" time and you can now begin to live productively.  How do you approach Sundays? You have to wake early, no later than 6:00am. You have to pray, praise and read your Bible. Praying every Sunday morning should help you gain spiritual strength for the day. Reading your Bible helps to sustain self-discipline and keeps you composed throughout the day. Going to church early is also very important. Wearing good clothes boosts your level of self confidence. Self confidence is highly important for your mental and keeps you motivated through the day. Finally, having a good rest for an hour after church revitalises the mind and prepares you for the challenges of the day....
